Where It Comes From
Twilight begins as carefully selected Mexican Arabica coffee before being decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process in Veracruz, Mexico.
Using crystal-clear water sourced from Pico de Orizaba, the highest mountain in Mexico, caffeine is gently removed while preserving much of the coffee's original flavour and character.
The process relies on water, filtration and time rather than chemical solvents, helping the coffee retain the qualities that make it enjoyable in the first place.
The result is a decaf that still tastes like coffee should: balanced, flavourful and authentic.
