Shipping and Delivery

At Perkatory Coffee, we are committed to delivering your ethically sourced, sustainable coffee promptly, using both DPD and Royal Mail as our carriers. However, to accommodate processing and shipping times, the times stated are approximate and we are not responsible for delays experienced by carriers. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays) before contacting us.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification when your coffee is dispatched and on its way. To ensure you receive all updates without interruption, please add us to your safe email list and remember to check your junk or spam folder regularly.
